How are you?
I am thrilled that you stopped by to take a peek at my website and beyond excited that you are spending a few moments reading my blog post. It has been a very long time since I have posted one.
How did you happen to stop by? Let me guess, you remember me from my days on the NBC Today Show as the fitness expert or maybe you have a copy of one of my fitness books, “Fit and Sexy for Life.” Or maybe you came across the FabFitFun website and saw the recent workout that I created for them about a “Fitness Refresh”.
No matter how you got here I am glad that you are here.
Like I said, it has been a while since I’ve written a blog post. In the last three years my attempts at selling my Sunday Set-Up™ food prep program as a TV show failed, my father passed away, I moved twice and my twins are spending their last year in high school before heading off to college. Needless to say I have been a little preoccupied. However, I am ready to get back on this healthy living horse and begin my journey of better living blogging with you. Speaking of better living I changed my title from Healthy Living Expert to the Better Living Expert.
Let’s face it everywhere you turn there is a new expert at this and that so I chuckled a bit when I coined myself the latest “Better Living Expert”, but between you and I have you heard of one before? So why not me.
In a nut shell, I have spent that last 30 years living with the desire and goals to make better choices in how I live my life, in what I eat and how I move. There are so many things that we can make a better choice in that will improve the quality of our life and that is what I want to introduce you to. Fortunately, I have the advantage in finding out about this stuff from being in the public eye for many years training celebrities, guest spots on TV shows, hosting my own radio show and being a spokesperson for some incredible products and brands.
This is why I am so ready to start my blog again and connect with you. It is like having a secret and you just have to tell someone about it. So this is how it is all going to lay out.
To begin, I am going to share with you a little bit about me.(things like how I got to be Julia Robert’s personal trainer 20 years ago and what it was like doing step aerobics with Warren Beatty…plus many more stories in between).
In every blog I am going to share with you some great stuff from my anticipated sections “This Is Better Than That”, “The Better Move” (this is an exercise move that works a particular body part, for example, The Better Butt Move), “Living Better” and “This Tastes Better”. I will also share with you my guests that will be sitting down with me for my weekly radio show “Fit and Sexy for Life” on LATalk radio.( http://www.kathykaehlerstore.com/pages/radio-show.html)
I am also very excited to tell you about a new program that I have been working on that will be launching on May 1st, 2014. it is called “Fit and Sexy for Life-In 28 Days…BOOM!” Stay tuned for upcoming news on that.
