Project Description

Preparing Cauliflower

When looking for a fresh head of cauliflower, look for white or cream-colored heads that feel heavy for their size. The deeply ribbed green leaves that nearly wrap the head of the cauliflower should look fresh, not wilted,  yellowing or dry.  You can cut cauliflower into florets and store them, sealed, in a glass container in the fridge.

They will last up to a week in a well-regulated refrigerator.
