Preparing White Rice
Like all grains, before cooking rice, especially that which is sold in bulk, rinse it thoroughly under running water and then remove any dirt or debris that you may find. After rinsing white rice, fill large sauce pan 2 parts water one part rice. Add sea salt and crushed garlic. Bring to a boil, add rice, turn off heat and don’t look for 25 minutes.. Once cooled, spoon into glass containers to store in the fridge.
