Cauliflower

Cauliflower is low in fat and high in dietary fiber, folate and vitamin C. It contains phytochemicals such as sulforaphane, an anti-cancer compound released when it is chopped or chewed. It also contains other glucosinolates which may improve the liver’s ability to detoxify carcinogenic substances. Eating cauliflower on a regular basis will do wonders for your body. Try all the recipes that we have using cauliflower, especially the Crunchy Cauliflower. Cauliflower comes in a variety of colors, orange, purple, green and the original white. Whichever one you choose to mix together, simply rinse off and break or cut into florets. Fill a 6-cup glass container. You are now ready to go for raw snacking or recipes.
