Have you ever tried spreading the meat into a flat rectangle and then laying fresh spinach, garlic, and cheese on top. Then you and roll it up into a meatloaf shape? It is a great variation. If it sounds appealing, play with it. I also cover it with a can of tomato sauce.”Aufblasbare Kugel
