Did you know that getting out of your front door is the hardest part of your daily workout? Here is how I make sure I cross the threshold.
#1- Pick out your workout clothes before you go to bed & place your workout shoes in the bathroom next to the toilet.
#2-Set the alarm on your clock or phone and keep it on the other side of the room so you have to get up.
#3-Go to bed early! – Getting a good nights sleep will help you get enough zzz’s so you wake up refreshed and ready to go.
