This is the dish my kids beg for. Yummy, easy and the best part one dish.

Cornbread Chicken1/4 cup organic butter
7 chopped green onions
2 long celery sticks, chopped
10 cornbread muffins crumbled- 3 1/2 cups, Arrowhead Mills makes a good NON GMO mix
1/2 package of herb stuffing mix- Arrowhead Mills also makes a NON GMO stuffing mix
5 cups low sodium organic chicken broth
1 1/2 cups of chopped cooked Smart Chicken chicken
2 large organic eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make your corn muffins and once done set aside. Melt butter in a large skillet, add green onions and celery. Saute 5 minutes or until tender. Combine broken up cornbread muffins and the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl. Stir to combine. Add sauteed vegetables and continue to blend together. Spoon into a lightly greased baking dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6
