Toss everything in the crock and walk. Come home to delicious mouth watering chicken sandwiches. Serves 8

Crock Pot Pulled Chicken Delish1 8-ounce can reduced-sodium tomato sauce
1 4-ounce can chopped green chiles, drained
3 Tbs. cider vinegar
2 Tbs. organic honey
2 Tbs. maple syrup
1 Tbs. smoked paprika
1 Tbs. tomato paste
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground chipotle chile
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless Smart Chicken chicken thighs, trimmed of fat
1 pound of skinless, boneless Smart Chicken chicken breasts
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minceder

DIRECTIONS

Stir tomato sauce, chiles, vinegar, honey, maple syrup, paprika, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ground chipotle and salt in a 6-quart slow cooker until smooth. Add chicken, onion and garlic; stir to combine. Put the lid on and cook on low until the chicken can be pulled apart, about 5 hours. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and shred with a fork. Return the chicken to the sauce, stir well and serve with bakery buns or in a lettuce cup. Delish!
