You can never have enough fruit. At least that is what I think. When it is washed, cut and ready to eat…you eat it!

1 cup blackberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup of purple seedless grapes, sliced in half.
1 apple, cut into bite size pieces
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
spoonful of non-fat Greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS

Rinse all the berries and let dry. Place apple in a small bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix together to coat so apples don’t turn brown. In a glass bowl layer the bottom with the apples and then the berries on top. When serving add a spoonful of yogurt onto each dish. If you happen to have any left over fruit place in a buttered baking dish. Top with a blend of brown sugar, oats and a crumbled pat of butter. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
