A sweet dessert that happens in minutes and looks restaurant served. You can’t imagine how delicious.

INGREDIENTS                                       (click to enlarge)

1 ripe banana per person
1/2 cup non-fat Greek
1 Tbs.cinnamon
1 Tbs. white sugar or coconut sugar
tiny pour of coconut oil on a paper towel to wipe grill pan (any oil is fine)

DIRECTIONS
Slice banana in half and cut the ends off. Slice the slice in half leaving the inside of the banana exposed and skin on.

On a plate, blend the cinnamon and sugar together. Dip each side of the banana into the mixture. With the paper towel oil the grill pan and heat. Once hot place each banana slice sugar side down. 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from the pan and serve with a scoop of yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon over the top for the restaurant look.
