Sometimes a sandwich is just the thing that will satisfy the hunger. This combination is full of protein and super tasty.

INGREDIENTS                                       (click photo to enlarge)

1/2 small can of albacore tuna, left in small chunks
1/2 boiled egg, sliced
sprinkle of black beans
1 triangle of Laughing Cow cheese
1 slice of toasted whole wheat bread
1 small leaf of lettuce shredded
fresh pepper

DIRECTIONS
Once the slice is toasted, spread the cheese, layer with the tuna, lettuce, beans and egg. Sprinkle of freshly ground pepper and enjoy.
