This snack hits the spot. Filled with flavor, protein and fiber. A perfect afternoon pick-me-up or a great post workout snack.

1 apple, cored with a teaspoon or apple corer.
2 teaspoons all-natural crunchy peanut butter
2 Tbs. old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. brown sugar


In a small bowl, mix together oats, cinnamon and brown sugar. Set aside. Stuff cored apple with peanut butter and then coat with the sweet oat mixture. Cut in half.
