A piece of halibut per person
lime zest
salt and pepper
olive oil
spoonful of salsa
squeeze of lime juice


Grill Halibut on a hot grill. Look for the fish to turn white when done. Don’t overcook.
On the plate drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. A spoonful of salsa and sprinkle some lime zest. Squeeze some lime juice over the top and enjoy.
